I have had an interesting few days!. Of shopping and knitting! ahhhhh. stereotypically girly! but Its christmas so shopping can not be avoided. I have to say i am not a big fan of shopping which is why i have left it all till the last few days!… but it is all done now!! so thats cool! happydays!!!… 

Sunday i met up with a Friend and did some knitting for 2 hours in Global cafe! Then yesterday i went to Knitting in the Global Cafe, and swapped secret santa presents!!! I was pretty amazed by mine!. i’ll have to post a picture! when i download them from the camera! I got a stash of lots of Yarn!!!!!!!!!!!!! i did thank santa!!! he is pretty cool!.. and also googly eyes to stick on any characters i make! + Instructions on how to make characters!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 

Then after four of us went to a Restaurant and got napalease+Thai food! which was very nice indeed!. so it was all round a good day!. Rode home in the cool night air! Real refreshing!. 

Been slowly working on a few things! and have been trying to find funding for my “Dehisce” project!  Be totally amazing if i got some funding from somewhere!

Found out about the most amazing place in iceland!

The swimming pool at the end of the world!. its like right on the seaside! looking out to the Atlantic!. in such a cold location! but the water is WARM! and you swm in it!. there is no buildings around its like in the middle of nowhere by the sounds of it! and hard to get to!… i keep picture being in it in the dark! with the northern lights flooding up above!! how awsome would that be! i would probably nearly die of amazement! if thats even possible!.  so yes i have been reading up on iceland!. found out about lots of amazing places!. iceland will for sure be a country i will have to go to in the summer months, when its light so much! be great to see it as we are though in the winter! when not so many people do go!. its good to do things in that way i feel!.. i was reading about it in town whilst drinking tea today!. floated off into a dream like state again!!! AHHHH…

Christmas day tomorrow!. tonight i am going to the pub, to meet with the people i have not seen in a long time! should be interesting to see old faces in old places!!!!!!! interesting to see how much some have changed and how some have not changed since 2001… I’ve changed a crazy amount! i was thinking about this earlier and thinking of all the events that have happened since that time! and it was amazing just to think! how different things could have been had i have made any number of different choices!

Listening to the waifs right now! about the wrap presents!

Not much else to really comment on world events, nothing artistically to upload! everything is really just a works in development!.

i did decided to just watch a film though!.

Very interesting film, about life, love, and how stale it can get!. its about artists + none artists!!! being free of the normalities. of what you feel life has to be like!. when it has no way it has to be! just can be anything!. the spontaneous moments that, when you take the chance! and go straight ahead! can cause pain! but can also be Great!. not knowing what the future holds! is great!

ICELAND!

interesting it will be!. i have a friend that i have made via the internet! shes an excellent writer!! and Video artist! i can not comment on the video side! as i have not seen enough to comment! but wahoo VIDEO!!!. We have been chatting for a few months!, came up with this crazy idea! to meet for the first time in Iceland!!! Which is nuts in itself! as its all last second! well not so last second as the paris Trip i took myself on last year!. but close! leaving on Jan 8th.. and will be in Deamland (iceland) for a week!. i’m very much looking forward to, artistic chats, silly chats, amazing sights, interesting moments, inspirational thoughts, the crazy looking little churches, the Geothermal pools! the things Lindsay will film!. the times of driving around, to just be existing in a strange country! Living life in a free open way! not having to think about anything but being in iceland, no pressure of having to enjoy it!. just being their is the joy in itself!. 

these are the moments i live for in life! the Travels, the experiences! the abnormality of it all!. i could not stand just going with the flow, oh i have to do this i have to do that!. nope no way! lots has happend in the last year!. i have had crazy adventures! Paris was just over a year ago! crazy how time floats by quietly! but quickly! like clouds on time lapse!!!!

How awsome was that! too much happened to say!… NEw York and winning that award was a head spin! which i had not expected!. the daze of the last few months of university! and the summer month of being in Falmouth, going to Parties with amazing friends!. not getting drunk, and seeing the nights through till like 7am! the party time on the cliffs by the castle watching the sunrise with the music blaring then walking down the calm beach on my own! that was cool!… that moment of being in a soundless place with the water not moving! and the blue skies! took me back to Australia in my mind!, and when i was in a similar situation, with the whole beach to myself, except a pelican floating on the calm water just about 4 foot away!! not seeming to care i was there!

now im floating into dreamland again! all the travels of india, argentina are also following close by! them trips AHHHH its all rushing past!!!!

Just played around with drawing today!!!! good to chilax and draw some times!

i’m not much of a swearer.. just to make that clear!. but i’ve done a few swearing cartoonish drawings now! and like doing them so will continue no doubt!.

I had an interesting night last night, got to meet some interesting people! and i am very much liking the idea from what i have been reading on the networking site! about an art show of some kind with members in the future! Thats pretty exciting!.  i’ll not rant on about the night other then to say! loving just being able to talk to anyone and everyone!. as that does not tend to happen in normal situations!. 

ARTY news!. well i have been drawing a canvass to chill out!. nothing good more of a swearing doodle again!. hope to get it finished and post tomorrow!. but i had not done one of canvas before, so thought i would for the fun of it!. which i am about to go work on now for an hour or so!.

and dehisce!. started to get really into it! and idea generating, i have like vague ideas of the type of works i am going to produce, but i need to do more research on style and image!! 

but yea need to get socializing a lot more!. as i seem to be working 247 these days!! ahhhhh…

christmas coming up! man not long to go now!!!

hope to try and get something fun for jan or feb sorted! like a trip of some sort! not sure yet what though!. so thinking on it! some more!. but i do need to get away! head clearing, inspiration inducing!.
